Fabulous production! Quick note on a small voice over error though, at ~7:20 the presenter quotes the nuclear output at "eighteen thousand mega-watt" when I think he should be saying "eighteen hundred mega-watt" to align with the text on the screen.

Rearming fighters is not explained anywhere. so it's a big question mark. As you get into the details, the more goofty the whole idea get slol. The actor is Peter Baker, who used to be a news presenter for BBC

In the video they say that it's to allow sufficient time to shutdown if needed in case of an accident. I could also believe there is an efficiency tradeoff over jet fuel at various atiltudes

Is the reason they didn’t turn on nuclear power til 20,000 feet, is it because they never solved the radiation problem with nuclear powered jet engines?

Nebula rocks, for anyone on the fence, you should definitely get on board. Great content and a fraction of the cost of any streaming service. I love using it in my classroom too!
