If you mix water and Earth there's a whole bunch of other combinations that can take place instead of just those two. You're thinking in the realm of just fantasy. What about non-Newtonian fluids. What about ice it's technically both a solid and a liquid and by definition a mineral. Then you have lightning and Earth which would be electromagnets or superconductors.
