It's an inconsistency yeah. I default to what Miranda says in the Citadel DLC since it came first.

wait, Brooks didn't go by Hope Lilium in the comics. She kept the Rasa name while working for Cerberus. The Illusive Man and Miranda both directly refer to her as Operative Rasa on several occassions. Even Kai Leng does so. When Miranda spots Brooks checking out the Shepard Clone, she calls up the Illusive Man and says "Sir, we need to talk about Rasa" (I have the comic right here). *edit I actually forgot Miranda mentions her in the Citadel DLC. Odd that the comics only shows the Rasa name being used, never Hope.

It's an idea I've floated in my head before. The problem I fear running into is it becomes less of me writing the characters and more me relying on the already preexisting writing of the ME Squad. I certainly do not want to inadvertently bastardize the squad mates to the point that they come off unnecessarily unpleasant like I did with Joe, Donald, and Obama on occasion.

Unfortunately I had to make some cuts, only 10 squadmates are competing and Mordin is not one of them. If you didn't see them in the preview they're not in. Perhaps there will be a sequel one day.
