Clothes are getting too tight

The one I’m wearing in these pics is a large size, but as you can see, it’s getting a bit tight and when I raise my hand up, the overhang slips out. This is hot, I know, but we need to pick a new size and reach a new goal. So in the next days I’m going to the shopping center to buy the XL size and I’m gonna fill it as fast as possible. I’ll also buy some pants, not jeans because I’m too fat, I prefer wearing some fresh cotton pants. 😉

You should pick up a shirt that's like a 2 or 3XL to just for emergencies/future goals.
