Hey JC, not Anton but you should definitely still leverage a Roth IRA. You can just put the amount your company matches into the 401k and the remainder 3% plus an additional contributions you would like up to the IRS max into a Roth IRA.

Hey Anton great stuff. I have a question. Currently my job matches 6% for the 401k, I’m also contributing 9% to the company Roth 401k. Can I open a Roth IRA as well or they wouldn’t allow it since I already have a Roth 401k? Thanks
