Video definitely came at a great time. I always start off on my budget by investing 40% of my money and literally living like a bum. It’s definitely not sustainable and I always end up going back to old habits. I make a decent income but the 15% in other niceties was an essential part that I was missing. This was a good one. Thanks for the breakdown. I have been following the Dave Ramsey method of getting out of debt. Don’t really like his views on investing. We should be officially debt free by January next year. I started a business on the side and I am learning how to leverage my business. It is a slow process at times because I have to reprogram the way I look at things at times. This is actually funny because I major in business in school. Thanks for always putting out the good content.

AD: The majority of folks needs this at the entry level. While I am not where you are, I would appreciate a more advanced look into where your funds are allocated. I have individual equities, 2 roths, wife and I both have 401k’s leveraged to our employer matches, real estate and more, but I am looking to take things to the next level.
