Use a calendar – wealthy treat their time differently. No more walking around like an accident. Calender is worth more than PA. PA = Human calendar. See availability quickly. Block things off important me, time and day specific. Procrastinating? Put things in calendar immediately. Use one calendar use it as your bible. Competing calendars is just as bad as not having / using a calendar at all. Sync work calendar into personal calendar. As you become successful, work and personal calendars begin to blend Have visibility in every single thing in your life. 5 am awaken wash face – brush teeth – shower 5:30 -6 prayer and meditation 6-9 Orange tasks or YT live streaming red is bread and butter time to get things done. 9-10 Brown = business Blue Patreon coaching calls Don’t be so rigid – blocks slots from ½ hour to 3- 4 hours doesn't get granular on calendar - gaps allow for catching up if behind or gets backedup... schedules meetings for an hour but many don't take that long so he may rest, may multitask , may add travel time, may add some buffer time. meetings in blue or brown bc he can be mobile during certain event. he won't schedule go to the mall. Reminders ordered camera / took leslie and reta shopping asks for suggestion of things we are doing to do the work - utilize tools effectively. this has helped him be super-duper successful. what has helped you be more effective in utilizing your time to ensure getting things done? For those who like to write things down (I’m also that person) try writing them down first then putting them in your calendar. This may be a bit much but I remember things better when I wrote them.
