Great insight into an introduction to real estate as part of your investment portfolio tiers. #1. Create a budget with income generated from a job or hustle in order to, #2. Re- invest into yourself to increase your skills set and branding, then #3. Open a brokerage account ( capital gain tax savings) to invest the excess income ( discretionary income). Finally #4 use the money saved from the brokerage account to RE-invest into real estate to both reduce taxable income and preserve your wealth/ net worth. All these require us to be intentional and apply the knowledge given to us by Anton learned experiences.
