Hey Ben, I've been looking and I found quite a few interviews with people who have actually known Russ on a personal level including his ex wife Carol and his daughter Lindsey. Their stories are extremely interesting and gives you more of an insight into what Russ is like as a person. The guy who interviewed them, I'm not sure what's going on with him. I used to watch his content but there is a lot of stuff about him. Anyways it has interviews with heaps of people who knows Russ or knew him personally. Did you want me to link the interviews? 🙂

Hear me out for a sec. I'm a big fan, hooked since the Yellow Deli saga. Like many of you, I joined Patreon a few weeks ago to support Ben and access these juicy Mckamey Manor videos. Then two things happened: post quantity declined (remember the weekly promise?) and post quality went down (these last few vids have been pretty meh). I don't know what Ben and co are going through - I can only imagine it's rough because Russ is litigious. But I DO know Ben has amassed 2250+ Patreons. He went from scraping it together to pocketing a minimum of $11,250/month, likely more with higher their subscribers. Ben is now on track to make well over 100k/yr. So with the influx of cash and the outpouring of support from the community- where is all the content? Is something terribly wrong? Or was this all a hoax to move his YT audience to a premium platform? I wouldn't be mad at that if the content kept flowing - he's an incredible talent. But WTF is going for the past few weeks? Mediocre old videos and a half-assed update from the airport? We could assume the worst - Mckamey manor has infiltrated the Patreon and Russ is now a step ahead - but even in this scenario, there's an angle where regular updates and radical transparency would dampen the impact. Ben- if you are reading this- give us some insight into what you're dealing with, what we can expect here as paid subscribers, and where you might need our help. Even a call for patience would be worthwhile. Otherwise, I am guessing a good chunk of this crowd is going to end their subs until they see new content come thru.
