By mean I overcook for something simple to the point its pointless to even try to do more from the original idea and ended up burning myself up. I wish I can calm my brain

all I need is to not derail and going overboard with the ideas had in mind; but I always can't help myself and then do more of it; which ended up as the above. Sadly that's just how my brain work
