Circle Z Update
🕑 Added 2021-12-16 23:11:19 +0000 UTCHi all. Before we jump into what's new this update, here's what you need to know about Fairgrounds & the latest BeamNG update. Fairgrounds will need an update to work with the most recent Beam update. This is very typical, and can (and should) be expected to happen about every 4 months. If you'd like to avoid these issues, you can disable BeamNG automatic updates in Steam by right clicking it in your library > Properties > Updates > change the automatic update setting. Then it will only update when you choose to, and you can avoid periods of downtime after updates. Until then, there is always of course Parsec. Reminder that to launch the game this way you much launch it directly from the .exe file, not through steam. Onto the update!
Patch Notes
- Added Circle Z Pointy Bumper
- Added Circle Z fuel tanks in 4 different sizes - 5, 7.5, 10, and 12 gallons
- Added seam welded Metric frame (tilted version to come later)
- Added narrowed trunk variant to metric GM + 3 new trunk setups ( window bars to come later)
- Added "Classic" series headers, with 4 new designs
- Added new Shocker fender, hood options
- Adjusted Shocker steering strength
- Adjusted Shocker radiator durability
- Adjusted metric GM trunk, rear rails
- Adjusted 73 Chevy core support, fenders, trunk, & stock frame
- Adjusted Roundback - well placed shots on quarter panel are now better at compromising the strength of the floor
- Adjusted Roundback body mounts
- Adjusted all manual transmission to share efficiency values
- Adjusted shift time of manual transmissions from 0.15s > 0.42s
- Added new battery box mesh
- Updated all vehicle preset names to work with new BeamNG update properly
- Misc. bug fixes, mesh improvements, collision improvements
