Limited Weld Shocker Update #1

New - Preran chrysler pointies
Balance Changes - Olds strength adjusted, Vic strength adjusted in front of humps (especially wagons)
Shocker - Added various limited weld parts. Complete overhaul firewall forward. Many parts/variations to be added and adjusted in future updates. Added Limited weld presets. Collision improved.
Cleaned up files, reduced overall file size

The Shocker is a beast in the front end. I hope we see a 2 door Shocker and a 2 door 98 Olds here in a future update.
