Crown Vic Rework - Hotfix #1

- Improved the stability of suspension
- There may be more changes to come, suspension is one of the harder things to get right for me 🙂 It will likely continue to see changes
- Adjusted some of the parameters in the tuning tab to improve overall stability
- Removed a few (currently) unused options from the parts menu
- A couple other minor bug fixes and adjustments

clear your vehicles folder out delete everything but your saved vehicles this happened to me before
