'74 Riviera Update

It has been about 4 months since the last BeamNG update, which means another is probably around the corner. Make sure to disable automatic updates in steam by right clicking beam > properties > Updates. If you don't, Fairgrounds may not work when you update Beam. If you do this and there is an update, you will have to launch beam through the .exe file, not through steam.

74 Chevy bumper has a different texture now idk if that’s on purpose or not but it’s not shiny anymore it’s like matte almost
