The pants could be put on her. She "only" needed to find a coat on a hook an wiggle into it. The challange might be to go fast, but not so fast that the nurses hear the crickling of her diaper - and not too fast to avoid the chrotch-strap rub her thick pading against her lower parts. She would not want to be caught red faced and panting inches from the exit...
