I will probably watch this episode at least a few more dozen times over the years - and I will for sure have tears running down my face each time. Bill's last line, "I'm old. I'm satisfied. And you were my purpose." is so touching. It makes sense Bill would want to die at the same time, because being old, alone and grieving the rest of your life is not a life worth living.

ahh so good reaction. fun fact i saw a clip of one of the writers watched this episode 6 times after they made it and he said it made him emotional all 6 times. just thought you should know because I had a box of tissue by me and my cat . wow great show!
