🍂Comedy/Light hearted Film Poll🍂☕
🕑 Added 2023-11-02 04:42:53 +0000 UTCHiii everyone!
I hope you're having a good fall so far! 🥰🍂 As the temperature begins to go down, the amount of movies/shows I'll be putting out will be going up! 😊 I personally love staying in, wrapping myself up in a warm blanket, sipping tea and watching a funny/feel good movie as a guilty pleasure for fall so I hope you'll join me!
As usual I'm switching out some of the previous films that didn't do as well on the previous comedy polls and putting in a few others. :)
I did want to note that with Spaceballs; I've seen it a lot as a child (it was one of my favorite movies) but of course that was before I've seen ANYTHING even related to Star Wars! So I do think it'd be much more enjoyable to watch a film I previously loved as a child ALONG with a lot of the Star Wars lore behind it (since that's basically what it was themed after LOL) so I can fully appreciate the movie as an adult. 😊
Each of these films are pretty different than the others, and you know I love hearing your thoughts and ideas so please be sure to let me know what movie you'd want me to watch next! I'll be throwing the most popular ones on the polls 🥰😊
Thank you guys so much, I can't wait to see what you all choose! ( •̀ ω •́ )✧(*^-^*)

In Bruge is a good film
MCL-1984
Although it looks like we will not be having a Spaceballs rewatch, you should consider watching all the other Mel Brooks films you haven't seeen. The best ones are from the 70's.

One kinda-sorta lighthearted one you might enjoy is SNEAKERS from 1992. It gets a little suspenseful at times, but it's mostly a fun comedy/caper film with a great cast.

For me any chance to see her and other reaction channels watch foreign films is beneficial hahah. Anything but repeats kf American films
Sir Jimmothy
Oh, In Bruges is definitely not lighthearted, but it is a black comedy. Be interesting to see how it goes on the poll. Hoping for Eurotrip myself :]
Rey
Spaceballs is definitely overhyped
Dan Kotowski
Also love In Bruges, but like Jeremy said, 100% not lighthearted.
John Cohen
Another good one for future use would be “Worlds Fastest Indian” with Anthony Hopkins
Noah Hughes
If anyone hasn't seen wet hot American summer, you gotta check it out. The cast is stacked, the writing is just the perfect amount of weird. It's really, really, really good
Ryan Cornett
Cannonball 1&2 is definitely comedy, with bloopers during end credits.
BLGFish
The Mask is a classic. It's peak Jim Carrey just like Ace Ventura. The Hangover is also a great comedy that should offer a great reaction.
djKENTO
That movie is so brilliant but lighthearted? Not for a second of it.
Joe Blankenship
I know. I picked Best in Show but it won't win either. I know The Mask is popular, but as a movie, it's pretty meh.
Joe Blankenship
Spaceballs sucks. I want Best in Show to win.
Tiger Chu
Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves
Mannygogou
Click and Clueless. The others are good too.
Josh Murdoc
Lol he definitely stole the show
Bill Woods
Not in the "Comedy/Light hearted" category, but _Scent of a Woman_ is a Thanksgiving movie.
Jordan Love
B4 you watch Spaceballs again you should watch original Planet of the Apes and maybe some original Star Trek. You've already watched Star Wars and Alien so you're good there. You should watch History of the World: Part I (1981), it's fantastic classic Mel Brooks and doesn't get reaction videos often enough. And if you've never seen The Producers (1967), it is one of the greatest comedies ever made (original, not remake).
Matt
Another great light hearted film is RUBY SPARKS 😉
Joe Mallard
All good, I can't wait to see that reaction!
LightsCameraJake
Click is my favorite on this poll because it's adams Sandler in a seemingly what looks like a comedy film but it slaps you in the feel goods showing you how good a drama actor Sandler can be.
Rey
Terry crews is scene stealing in that movie haha
Rey
I think i enjoy in bruges the most from the list though i wouldnt say its light hearted by any means
Ian
Looks like the hangover is going to walk it so my vote for bad boys is probably wasted but that's my pick 🙂 some fine choices here mins so you can't really go wrong 👌
VKunia
This month! I'm sorry for the delay :(
Josh Murdoc
Hell yea bro 💯💯
Matt
In Bruges is definitely not light hearted but I would love a reaction, and any chance to watch a Jim Carrey movie especially The Mask is so good
Samurai Shampoo01
It's such an essential part of my childhood fr
djKENTO
If In Bruges loses check out Cinebinge’s reaction to it. Hits them perfectly.
Jacob King
In Bruges! Truly the most lighthearted of comedies. It combines the wacky boys weekend vibes of The Hangover with the fish-out-of-water European holiday of Eurotrip and the gangster hijinks of The Mask.
AC5555
I’m always voting for foreign films that lose. First three colors blue and Let the Right One In. Now In Bruges. :((((
Joe Mallard
When is American Pie coming out?
Richard Higgs
Should have put Army of Darkness on the poll since you just watched Evil Dead 2, it’s really a comedy anyway.
Raptor
You what's so great about Eurotrip? That Scotty Doesn't Know, but neither does V! lol
Josh Murdoc
Man let me tell you white chicks is ultimate classic you're gonna laugh your ass off if you watch that movie trust me it's amazing
JeremyOnDeck
Love In Bruges. It certainly isn't lighthearted but definitely a dark comedy.
Kel
I can still quote Spaceballs to this day. I don’t care how many times you’ve seen it, it would be a blast to watch with you!
Willow McPhie
I was just thinking I wanted to see a comedy movie reaction! The Mask is a classic! It's the perfect role for Jim Carrey! Saw it many times growing up! ^^
Samurai Shampoo01
How dare you put Hangover and White Chicks in the same poll lmaaao
AC5555
In Bruges and Banshees of Inisherin please!
djKENTO
I’m picking Wet Hot American Summer but I know it won’t win.
