Last time on this poll, What we do in the Shadows won! Thoroughly enjoyed that movie though it wasn't horror I would say 😂 Definitely halloween themed though! Not getting emotional, I just don't like bad films. Stating that I dislike a film (no matter what terms I use) is no more less emotional than stating I like film.

I love the first two films in the series and especially Overlord which was intended to be the 4th entry but Paradox was so bad it killed the brand completely.

Scream is understandable, but I didn't know people looked back fondly on Arachnophobia. If John Goodman hadn't been in it, I would have forgotten about it completely.

Yeah, even great films get to be too much when everyone is doing them. But it's so much worse when it's a film you hate. For me this year it's Scream and Arachnophobia.

V, idk who got you to put Terrifier on your lists but they are baiting you into a gorefest. Like people left the theater and/or vomited in the theater, frequently, during screenings. Its fine for a horror movie. My brother is a special effects artist and I've been watching messed up horror movies since I was 5 so I'm very desensitized but I remember your reaction to Evil Dead. This is 100x times more gore.

The reaction space has been oversaturated with Scream and Halloween this year. It got boring fast. Even "The Thing" is getting repetitive now too.
