Also keep in mind that Mark made really obvious and stupid lies. Which means to her it seemed like Mark actually thought she was stupid enough to fall for it all, and the instance at the university was the last straw because that was a perfect moment to just go "f it" and show himself, yet he decided to spend time to change clothes and then pretend like nothing after. Mark was extremely naive. 5 months to tell your gf you're a superhero.. It's at that point where I feel like you could be serious enough to show it, but also easily couldn't. It's iffy but I'm with Amber and I don't think she did anything wrong, and yea, they're teens still too. And, his last desperate attempt was just sad as he only did it because she dumped him, meaning to her he'd easily have strung her along more if she hadn't and revealing that to her just isn't a genuine "i trust you" moment anymore, it's a last desperate attempt to make her not leave, idk how people don't see this. And, having been made a fool for 5 months surely can't be fun at all.

I always look forward to when reactors get to this episode because I like to see where they stand with Amber. Most reactors become less fond of Amber, some almost completely agree with her, and others simply CANT STAND her after this. I personally don't agree with how Amber was acting, but I try to keep in mind that Amber and Mark are just teenagers. Just like Mark, Amber can't always be expected to make the best decisions at her age. I still think Amber has a good heart, and her being a teen gives her room to grow and develop her character as she gets older.
