Hope you're all having a great start to the week! Today's poll is going to be a little change from the norm... rather than genre based polls (like we've been doing!) I figured it'd be nice to spice up the polls with simply your recommendations from the previous post!!
A few days ago I made a post asking for movie recommendations and man did you guys come out SWINGING LOL there were so many great recommendations I didn't feel it was fair to just leave it there.. So we're making it into a poll!!
I figured we can mainly stick to genre polls but every so often throw a mixed poll up and have you guys choose 😆😆
I don't know a single THING about these movies so I trust you guys to choose a great phenomenal movie (who am i kidding of course you will you guys have not hit me with a disappointing movie yet 😆)

You should watch some actual Japanese Godzilla films before the U.S. ones. I don't dislike the American version but the Japanese versions are more "authentic", for lack of a better word. I'd recommend Gojira (Godzilla '54), Shin Godzilla and Godzilla Minus One.

hope you can eventually watch a few films that aren’t going to win here. Memories of Murder is great. Walk the Line is great. I’d definitely love to see you watch a ton of Polish films like Three Colors trilogy, Kanal… anything by Kieslowski. The new We Were the Lucky Ones series on Hulu is magnificent.

As much as I like Dark City it's one of those films that are hard to make a good reaction to. In the few reactions I've seen the reactors were too distracted trying to figure out what was happening to give a interesting reaction.

@Kev Martin - All opinions on movies are just that - opinions. And my opinion is that many people praise Scott Pilgrim more than it deserves. It 's not a bad film by any means, but I don't think it deserves the hype it gets.

Denis Villeneuve being my favorite director I'm a little bit biased towards Prisoners or Sicario, and if you love his filmmaking/storytelling style you should really watch Incendies at some point :)

Appreciate the random picks polls just as much as a genre poll. Don't know if I've ever seen a theme/premise poll here i.e based on a book, based on a true story, post apocalyptic dystopia, etc. That could yield some interesting results
