As you all know, the Matrix had won the film poll in the beginning of October - but since it was HalloVeen we were only posting horror and horror-adjacent films!
Now that it's November, here we are with the movie! ðð
You gotta let me know~ Should I watch the next films, are there any I should avoid, and was I spot on with the philosophical perspective (or should I not think so deep into it and just enjoy the pew pew and ðð)

I definitely recommend the sequels. Some people don't like them because of how ambitious they are conceptually. But by the end, it's basically a live action anime. And it's just incredibly well produced. Keanu willingly gave up a lot of his pay so the special effects team could have what they needed. Also, it's always incredibly funny that so many transphobic Reddit incels and white boys with podcasts use language from this movie made by transgender sisters.

One thing I'd be interested in finding out from any Matrix experts out there, is how the heck human births work in it. A woman gets pregnant and then do the robots just write code of the baby into their belly's? Assign one of the newly grown baby's to a womb? Spawn it in there?
