I'm still coming to terms with the fact that the power of the script has killed my favorite waifu... in her new disembodied state, I'm still working on some sexy and fun fleeting ideas.
As a fan of Lore and the game:
It will be a new approach for the character. Will we have a mythical card of this legendary character or do they simply want to get rid of some old guard characters?

Yeah! It seems that they are working on this less and less and it is just a bad excuse to read mediocre history on the official website. The War of the Spark could be the great event of MTG and the Phyrexian invasion could be the culmination, but to do that many characters would have to die and that has no interest in card sales.

Completely agree with you. as if attractive women don't exist... all the more reason to make this character hypersexualized, this is my act of rebellion XD

Well they can't really get rid of her since they brought her back as a immortal ghost(until WOTC decides to fuck over Ravnica again somehow) so she's eternally hot now and as a semi, incomporial being we can do whatever fanfic stuff we want with Teysa now. Also now as a ghost she can probably do some possession manipulation and give Kaya a most illfittingly large rack :D.

MTG Lore hasn't been on it's A-game for some time. Which is odd since the game has expanded so much. The only lore I stay true to is Innistrad and old school stories like Weatherlight Saga and Odyseey/Onslaught block. Good times......

I hope is the mythical card, or probably just kill a popular character to bring attention. Magic lore is something almost no one care nowdays
