I put it in my game and idk why but it leaves me on a long loading screen.

For the wallpaper, it has something to do with DirectX11. If you use Sims4Studio you can run a batch fix on them to update. With the windows, there's a missing item that holds the texture. You will need to download that set from the creator, and add all of the windows into the game or find the one window that has the texture on it.
