I have a head canon theory... Regarding the discussion around the spyrish Romulan Woman’s accent, or chancellor Gorkon’s accent, etc... We’ve seen Klingons with American accents and British accents... We’ve seen cardassians with American accents and British accents... We’ve seen romulans with American, British, and now Irish accents... And earth obviously produces humans with a great variation of accents... So maybe each of the alien planets has it’s own variation of regional accents as well? Maybe there’s an area of the Klingon homeworld where they all speak with Indian accents? Maybe there’s Cardassians with Spanish accents? Romulans with Russian accents? I’d submit that it’s not only possible, but likely!
Just a quick suggestion - I think you guys should video yourselves during one of the Picard podcast recordings....while wearing cardigans! What better way to both honor retired Admiral Picard AND greatly entertain your patrons? Also, if you could include an "Ask Frakes" segment that would be amazing!
