Did you reuse your save? You have to make a new save if it was made before 0.3.

There's a bug currently that resets her progress if you visit her. Try doing only starlight diner for a while.

I was able to get everyone else to their max stages accept Pippa and Yuki, I have tried feeding them constantly and going to every available location I can go too. Is there something special that I have to do?
