I have had similar issues of being closed out. After long fruitless correspondence with Patreon staff it was I who finally figured it out. For me, changing the country in my VPN settings was the solution. For example, setting your location to a USA city seems to be a Patreon friendly choice.

The mobile app, at least on my device, is a usually a little janky at the best of times but nothing currently seems wildly out of the ordinary. Desktop seems fine too. But I'm not surprised, I feel like it acts up for a lot of folks on a regular basis.

Still can't unlock anything even though I'm a VIP. Patron is being difficult. Any ideas anyone? I really want to see her Theater Vlog and catch up on content I've missed as of late.

It's me. After a few different browsers, I was finally able to get the Cass Reacts Home Screen. Patreon is now telling me that I need to join to see content even though I'm already listed (and I am) a VIP. I'm working to try and figure this out. Thank you everyone. Cassie, this is a Patreon issue on their end so please, don't worry. I'm still able to get your messages for now. 🎬
