Matt, my oldest child did the same thing when she was little. She'd cry "Hold you, Wiwee" when she was getting tired. It took us a few days to realize what was happening. She was a very stand-offish child and grandparents especially would say, "Can I hold you, Livie?" It eventually worked it's way out of her vocabulary, but, many years later, we still give her a hard time about it.
My photoshopped picture of "the Watcher" was a reference to Fringe, not Marvel. Both Goldsman and Kurtzman were heavily involved with Fringe, which had an "Observer" in every episode.
