Totally. I would watch a movie that was just about those guys.
Lol. It always made me think of the Space Guild member that lives in the Spice bubble in Lynch's Dune.

As I recall from a DVD extra or something like that, when they got to Season 3 of Enterprise they wanted to do something that the Star Trek audience has normally responded to. Can't recall the criteria, but they determined the audience responded the best when Earth itself was under threat (Star Trek IV, First Contact, etc), so they had Earth being attacked the storyline.
The Xindi in the fish tank kept making me think of the fish in the middle of Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life!
