Hmm it explains things... I have been exposed to several shattered fluorescent tubes in mh life... and I say evacuation was silly. I remember a stray ball escaped out of PE class shattering several of these, and aside from chasing kids away for while to sweep up the glass, nobody bothered about any silly meecury. :P
