I'm almost over my Covid infection now, but I'm still testing positive, so I can't be released from home quarantine yet. It may be another 3-4 days till that clears out.

Well, keep getting better, So far, I've avoided catching it, but I go out seldom and always wear a mask. My parents both lost their mothers when they were five years old. Dad was raised by his widowed father and three older sisters. Granddad thought that once a kid was tall enough to see the top of the stove, it was time to learn to cook. My Mom thought that was a great idea and being an excellent cook herself, passed it on to most of us. My oldest brother was even a professional chef for a while.
