Panel #3 might have worked better, in terms of composition, if you included a mirror. Or maybe showed the person using a smartphone to record their changes; they could have held the smartphone over their shoulder to get a look at their swelling 'caboose'.

You know, I nearly didn’t post it because of that panel. I was really struggling to get the perspective right!

My only criticism is the third panel. Because it seems that person has the ability to twist their neck like an owl. Which is amazing on it's own but it's also unrealistic and it took out the believabilty of the sequence.
