I was writing for Neo's perspective, and it starts out with mine, and before anyone asks, the general idea we went with was that Neo can talk, but only does so when she's comfortable enough with someone:
“Shhh”
The Dust crackled and reacted as it was absorbed into Emerald’s body and Neo watched intently. Her manic, excited expression now showing an eagerness as well as she held the thief against her and watched the Dust do its work, the girl’s body responding in the same way, growing in height and gaining muscle.

"Oh you're.. Mmmph. Telling me to be quiet.. When you stayed silent for months." Honestly Emerald wouldn't be surprised if some got on Neo, but she hoped most of it got on herself, Emerald's body arched ever so slightly, feeling her body heat up and begin growing outward, and upward as well. She let out a slight moan now. Unsure as to when her muscular body may stop
But.. She didn't want it to stop.

All her life she’d had to look up at people, and not just in height. Barely scraping by had forced Neo to become who she was, a criminal and a skilled fighter. All of it to make herself more intimidating and dangerous, to lessen some of that divide. And now all that power and more had practically fallen into her lap, and she wanted to share that with someone she’d seen as a kindred spirit.
So she watched as Emerald began to join her in size, and began to explore her expanding body, running her hands over Emerald’s widening hips then moving up to the abs that were defining themselves on her stomach.

If there was one thing, Emerald kind of hoped that she'd never pass Neo in height or size, she could get close sure. Maybe Emerald felt bad a bit , always 'looking' down on Neo, even though she was far stronger than Emerald was in terms of speed and strength. But seeing her do something nice back? It felt good.
As she grew, and her muscles pushed outward, Emerald groaned loudly, moaning a bit as she leaned down "How big are you gonna make me?"

Neo hummed out her answer as she began to explore the green haired girl’s burgeoning biceps, just as their growth burst the metal band she wore off of her.
“Mmm…big as me.”
Tearing sounds could be heard as Emerald’s pants began to give away at the seams.
She snaked her hands up Emerald’s growing arms to her broadening shoulders. Then downward to massage her breasts as they were absorbed into her rapidly expanding pecs. Her nipples starting to poke out of her green tubetop as it lost ground to her expanding chest...

Well this takes place before the other one I made of the two of them together, and theyre definitely both bigger in that one. As for beyond that; our goal was to keep them within the realms of 'could still interact with other people easily' so they don't do gts at all; but there's definitely some more bulking as well as other characters being brought 'into the fold'.
