I think it's not explicitly stated, but I would imagine he hid the mask there in advance and grabbed the stone from LisaLisa. He may have hidden the stone in his body, since the Column Fellows can absorb pretty much anything into their bodies. Maybe he also hid the mask that way? who knows, maybe the masks were even created from his own bone tissue and he literally just created it then and there. We may never know
