The codes so far have all been simple extra jokes for an episode. The clue in the whispers changes twice, this one was the first that says 'Z twenty-six'. Which uses the Atbash cypher A=1 to Z=26. Decrypting the credits cod at the end reveals the line: "E. PLURIBUS TREMBLEY" Season 1's codes are all silly extra jokes, but the shorts between seasons (specifically the 'Dippers Guide to the Unexplained' shorts) and the season 2 codes get much harder and may ominously hint at future events occasionally. Though none of them really 'spoil' anything.
