wow I really forgot what a banger episode this was in part4. Certainly the higlight this part so far, this episode was bringing in heat! That epic fight from jotaro and koichi agains kira where all the participants got to shine and Kiras fun little personality quirks were nicely portrayed (Kira would have won if not plaing arround with koichis socks giving jotaro time to get back into the fight) with a beautifully tragic conclusion to the episode and a promising start to the 2nd half of part 4.

Nice catch on the music, it's true that whenever Jotaro's doing something the show often uses songs from the part 3 soundtrack e.g. Jotaro's theme plays when he's punching Sheer Heart Attack. Also the stats for SHA make sense imo. Speed is C, because it moved fast enough to directly hit and blow through the shipowners hand, and leap onto Koichi's head. It's precision is E because the way it targets is very simplistic and can be easily exploited.

Echoes doesn't necessarily evolve, but rather gains a new act. And every one of these acts have their own separate ability. That's why he sometimes switches between the acts, because they can do specific and different things.
