Yes you are right, there is a grainy effect. This effect appears when rendering IRAY is done in a short time. For a complete rendering without grains, it takes 2 hours for this kind of image. For a rendering on a complex scene it is necessary ... 24 hours and more. I am seriously considering buying a new graphics card. If I find a cheap GTX1080TI during Black Friday, I think I could render faster.

I think I can see the glisten like effect of moisture but it might just be my computer but it looks a bit grainy so it's hard to tell from my end, though I'm assuming because it hasn't been fully rendered yet? I too can't wait to see what unbelievable things you will do to him. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
