At this point, I don’t think Adam is good or evil he’s just unaware of exactly what he is when he asked the boy how he works. The boy said he doesn’t know he just does. I think Adams killed the boy and mutilated the body to examine how he works Adam is just curious at this point. To figure out who he is how he works, and how everything else in the world works
