She does not resent Archer at all. She has been shown to be very loyal and she will be shown as loyal in the future. Remember the episode The Seventh, where she asks Archer to come with her to capture that guy because she is struggling and he is the only one she trusts…I believe that she actually considers Archer her best friend, although he doesn’t consider her his.

Just had a thought about the whole T’Pol saying “our relationship has evolved” but the doctor reveals she hasn’t told Archer she has feelings. What if it means Archer helped her get through Pon Farr at some point? Maybe they actually aren’t together in a love relationship.
I didn't get that T'Pol loved Archer at all. It felt to me like she resented him and stayed because she felt guilty. If you are with someone for 12 years and an old friend mentions that you love them, if you do your reaction would be "of course". If you don't, but you feel like you can't admit it, you would act surprised and then say nothing. Which is what she does. She'll live longer than any human, she can take a few years to care for him, assuaging any guilt, he'll die and she'll be free. This may also be colored by me hating Archer and Bakula.
