personal update
Hi everyone - here's something a little different as I am moving this week and do not have time to create four audios. Life has been a little crazy - in the midst of me planning my move I experienced a death in my immediate family. Normally I would have better planned and had audios scheduled to post while I am traveling/moving but I just wasn't able to do that. I hope you still enjoy this audio! I will keep you updated on how things are going. If I am unable to post more this month I will just make up for it with extra audios next month when I am settled and life isn't as crazy.

Frankly, Stella, I think you should definitely take some time to yourself this month. I agree with Shoo-bear; nobody here will be upset with you if you need to take some time to yourself. We'll be here when you get back, take all the time you need.
