Iβll have to keep that in mind, Lol it was all new to me and I was wondering if Azazel was really joking there for a second

For the Olympians check the Losbelts from Fate GO. It will explain somethings but instead of one entity here there are two working together.

Crazy chapter, well done developments on Xenovia and Shirou, not to mention Shirous response to his swords being misused. The bit of the Olympians at the end was odd. Iβm interested in the Noble Gears, but I think name wise Sacred Phantasms sounds better. Other than that I look forward to the next chapter!

I liked how Shidou and Xenovia's relationship progressed. Will Shirou tell Xenovia about Avalon?

Their entire interaction was super cute tbh

You know what gets to me is more, if they were to tell Rias about the incident with the cursed sword. I get the suspicion that sheβs one of the people who would immediately assume it was a Jojos reference.

Yeah, unfortunally for Fate's lore Zeus in there is a giant head.

The beauty of millions of hours of media is that everything has been done before. I would never imply plagiarism. Especially not in what I hoped to come of as sarcasm. God robots are a fun idea and certainly not a new one. Just as a general note though the deep lore of mazinger is evil Mycenae empire with giant sized gods fighting equally giant demons. Whenever Greek robots are mentioned a certain class of weeb goes on high alert. This all leads to the most awesome thing you could add if I do say so myself. The original rocket punch was a disarmed Zeus throwing the severed arm with the force of a thunderbolt. Because the only thing people like more than giant robots is a good rocket punch.

It was unintentonal because I was refering to the whole stich that is Losbelt 5. Not joking here I have never watched Z mazinger so I can't even know what you are talking about here so... Yeah, wanna blame someone for the gods are robots blame the source material, the fact there is a version of them on the World already that bonded with the machines was my way to put everything together while also giving out why the Greeks are more technologically advanced.

I was on board for the mystery. I was excited by the ever expanding lore of the criminal underworld of the underworld. I was content with Shirou finding solace in his knight after evil people using his designs for evil things. But giant Greek robots was a step too far. Not because it is ridiculous but rather because this is just the plot of Z mazinger. I expected better then a stealth deep cut anime reference. Though given the obscurity of that particular manga this may have been unintentional which would swing back around into hilarious. Jokes aside this was a great chapter. Who could have expected so much character development in an arc where the crew went to hell.

I like how Shirou developed in this chapter, I also like Shirou and Azazel's interactions, I've always thought that of the faction leaders with Azazel he has the best chemistry
