Another part that I should've plan it more carefully earlier haha.
At first I animate everyframe with even space, trying to smooth the heck out of it without thinking the action or the weight. The result is Hank just move like he's floating under water. No weight whatsoever at all.
Plus, I made his feet too small and shoulders too big. The result is him slowly shrinking here and there from start to finish XD
So I spent a day fixing that. Spacing his action out a bit here and there, make his body morehunch when stomping for the weight. You can see the timing of the lips look not the same but still catcht the word fine (2D animator cheat this a lot haha we can't draw every shape for every vowel anyway.)
Phew, almost there!

Excellent work, Friend ^^ You really got the details and arcs in quite well. I'll have to step up my A-game in the animation business too. Other then that, it's pretty great work, Piti. You have my deepest approval for your output.
