lol. I was not expecting this. I thought that the world he's living in is also just the inner world of a cultivator, and when people reach the life realm, they get contacted by the owner to start paying rent or something. And people went crazy from learning that they are living in an inner world...

Carter Swafford

I know this is really old, but what the heck? This is about a potential ability that one might acquire later through an extra stable world spirit, but it doesn't actually deal with knowledge about life realm, civilization realm, etc. and how they do things, how they use their energies, etc. I was expecting some kind of cognitohazard, perhaps something which risks actually breaking a person's mind, not just yet another opportunity for people to be stupid. There's already plenty of opportunities for people to get themselves killed for resources, which are almost impossible for those of lower cultivation to access. I suppose I just don't understand why this is treated so differently when other hazardous things haven't been. The connection to the merchant is clear, but I think you might have done too good a job concealing things, and there at least should be some vague information that some people know, like that it is something like what I just described instead of something much different. I still really like the story, and I'm interested to see where this is going, but I'm also disappointed the story isn't finally getting around to higher level eldritch deific nonsense which I thought about every time this came up, and tried to guess at what it could be while forming an equally growing number of assumptions in addition to possibilities

Honestly, one of the weakest chapters so far. The MC doesn't get information that actually helps with what he was looking for, and does a complete about face to focus on a risky goal that likely won't help him much for a while even if he succeeds—just for a head start that he may not even be able to use. Incredibly high risk, low to no reward.

First Name Last Name

This is not what I expected, and seems like a very big curve ball and not what he was asking for at all. Amazon delivery was this secret forbidden knowledge?

Gerald Monroe

This. Whys he so eager to go to cultivator Best Buy it's not like he can afford to buy anything.

bioenthusiast

why does he even want to get their so badly, its not like he has whatever uber premium currency they probably use.

Big Lumpy Beetle

Quite indeed

Israel O

I am not sure what the rush is, he needs to enter the stellar realm at least.

Hallow

I can't believe I'm saying this but I really hope he doesn't succeed this time. Like I don't want him to go insane but I really hope his hubris gets in the way of him achieving a different more important goal or something. Like how did he go from, "I want to learn how to manage my inner world now that it's too advanced for my stage" to "I'm gonna find a way to get into that shop", like it feels like he was given an answer to a whole different question and then decides to run at it face first

FusedBump96

Lol the amount of "It'll be different for me because my super power is being cautious" while explicitly trying to find his own work arounds for this exact problem is crazy. Like yeah, the guy thought a formation could stablise it and ate the consequences, so Ke Yin's incredible brilliant plan is to... try and find a back door. I'm not against this being the next arc because it could be really interesting and actually provide good reason for how he can accelerate his cultivation to keep up with threats (and also a great plot hook to involve his friends). But in this entire chapter there was no real mention of WHY he's willing to risk insanity for it. Like if he has something he needs badly that can only be found there then the risk might be justified. But right now it's just curiosity? And that makes his decision feel reckless rather than calculated.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, like nice to know about the nexus, but really he shouldn’t mess with that right now. He just needs advice on what to do with a world with life or life-like entities actively residing within it already. Actually wasn’t he just looking for what mind breaking secret there was about the life realm so he could avoid breaking his mind and ending up like the other users of the world tree sutra? Why does he think he even needs life realm resources at qi condensation? Boi can barely manage the tiniest fragment of stellar energy. No, he Needs to sit down and Actually cultivate more with his main technique for a sec before he tries to go after even more things Far above his level (like the nexus) and if he does he’ll Deserve to get slapped Hard for it. He needs a reality check and a chill pill. He keeps talking about not getting carried away and he already has but either can’t see it or refuses to. He needs to work in his level, build himself up more, build his skills and not try to go so far above his grade. He needs more time in the main world progressing his base cultivation first basically. Work on his main technique and how it’s suppose to progress. Maybe look into the nexus later when he doesn’t have a choice or needs to find someone else who uses the world tree sutra or knows about it. Because someone mentioned how maybe the nexus could be one practitioner’s expression of the world tree sutra, and that makes a lot of sense to me.

IdolTrust

I wonder if he could travel to the nexus when his body is off world.

Bro really watched a man shatter his mind and went ‘nah, I’d win’

Ness Windseeker

I must say, i really dont Like this explanation. For me its Not what he asked for, he wanted to know how the live realm worked so he could develop His own. What he got is how life realm cultivators get ressources nothing more. Thats a liitle Bit sad :(

Sloth

The celestial trade nexus is probably what happens when someone takes Wei Lin’s cultivation method to the peak…

Nyroe

Man, here I was thinking that the Eldritch truth of the Life Realm would be something earth shattering - like some secret to starting life in your inner-world. Turns out it's just Amazon Prime Delivery inside your inner-world, lol.

Druid

I know it's unlikely, but it would be interesting if Ke Yin felt safe enough to share at least some of his unique situation with his master so he's have a more experienced mind helping him with his more harebrained ideas. Not going to happen I'm sure, but the saying two minds are greater than one exists for a reason. No disrespect to Azure intended.

Jayden Shannon

I love it but when will he focus on mastering fighting with plants, like how wu masters the sword. Don’t want to see him get 6 unique abilities then get stomped during the tournament. But that would be funny . . .
