I think author might’ve forgotten to factor that in tbh. Or the connection made by hou and the genesis seed being what it is might’ve temporarily increased the speed of his inner world. Otherwise that interaction should’ve taken much longer on hou’s end due to how fast the dream realm moves in relation to the normal realm.
