I would suggest not to worry too much about it (I know I did when I first started printing some months ago). In an ideal world there would be no holes in the model and it would never be non-manifold. Yet I still have to encounter the first model from Bite The Bullet that doesn't print properly because of such 'issues'. Your mileage may vary though depending on the slicer you're using (I use Lychee myself).

Im trying to print the monk but am having issues. I ran it through Autodesk's repair tool because there were holes in the model. Now, it's still saying that the object is "non-manifold". Please advise.

Hi Yolanda! Main reason is because we don't own the rights of the Crossover files so we can't upload them to MMF, they only grant us the right to give you the files during the current month. About the Trailer ... yeah, absolutely, I'm 200% sure if we showed this Trailer at the beginning of the month it would have been far more effective (in terms of visibility for the release). But I don't know if you noticed that we just finished the release ... yesterday ... so today is the as fast I was able to do the finished release video ... we can't release the video if we don't have the content '^_^ At the moment the objective of the video is to act as a "Last Call" for those who are hesitating in this last 48h, definitely not to show them what they missed (there are still 2 days remaining). That being said, you're completely right, we're aiming to releasing the files and the video at the beginning of the month, it's just it's being really really hard for us to catch up, but eventually we'll make it, thanks for your support.
