YOU DECIDE: Next Series for the Kill Count
🕑 Added 2017-09-01 20:26:09 +0000 UTC Hey everybody! I've been saying I'd do this for a while and now it's finally time - time for YOU, my wonderful supportive patrons, to help me decide what the next (small) series I cover on the Kill Count will be!This is a poll open to ALL patrons, no matter the amount, so please respond to it. YOU CAN VOTE FOR AS MANY SERIES AS YOU WANT - you don't have to pick just one! And if you have a suggestion for a series with 4 or less movies total in it (including all sequels and remakes) that isn't on the poll, feel free to comment letting me know and I'll add it. **UPDATE - looks like I can't actually add options. Sorry!!**
The poll will be open for one week, and the winner will get covered soon - probably in late October or early November, after I do a couple of one-offs following the conclusion of the Child's Play series.
Thanks so much for your support! Looking forward to seeing how this goes!!

Can you end up doing sleepwear camp one day
Jarron Williams
I really wish I coulda seen this earlier and voted for Sleepaway Camp!
John Paul Montoya
Senpai
Lance Mareth
The Cube Movies should really be done soon, they're pretty fun to watch to be honest
BladeRaider
That would be cool
Justin Smith
Down the road (whenever you get to another big series) I would absolutely love to see the SAW Films!
Dead Meat
The 5th (which I've never seen) wasn't finished so the only cut around is something cobbled together with minimal new footage and a lot of archive stuff from the earlier films.
BladeRaider
how does sleepaway camp have 4.5 movies?
Brody Gogatz
Sleepaway Camp for sure. I'd love to hear your take on that craziness.
Lalatina Ford
Might not technically be horror (Well I guess the first one is) but the Cornetto Trilogy would be great - Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and The World's End. A few memorable kills in it, I can't stop thinking of the church one in Hot Fuzz.
DC
I agree on I Know What You Did Last Summer. Sad it didn't make the list. Also the Urban Legend franchise is pretty small. That would be cool too. Keep up the good work James!
Robert Hardy
With alien, it currently has 6 films, including Prometheus
Jacksonnn
I here Sleepaway Camp is sort of the Citizen Kane of the horror franchise
Jesse Nguyen
Hatchet would be my #1 vote
Harry Nott
Please consider the Bloody Murder films. Delightful knock off garbage.
Adam Wurstmann
I see Puppet Master didn't make the list, and while that bums me out, it is a series with like A DOZEN movies, so that's totally understandable.
Layne LeBoeuf
The first Jaws was the best one, but I would like to see how bad the other ones were to the famous JAWS.
Sean Harrington
Witchboard is a very good '80s horror flick that had a few sequels. I'd like your take on it!
BolognaDavenport
Oh yeah that's right! BTW if you do this series I'm 100% expecting you to wear some shorts like Ronnie's.
Charles Mueller
I'm all for Sleepaway Camp! I'd also like to humbly suggest the Grudge or the Ring series as future choices.
Branden Barker
YES!
Nathan Smith
How*
Nathan Smith
Aww dude. It is amazing for haw ridiculous it is. And the kills... So perfect. Limbs completely ripped off and everything
Maty2391
Ohhhh sorry I didn't know about that pedophilia. That's crazy. Well yea minus jeepers creepers
Dead Meat
I still have yet to see it!
Dead Meat
Aw shit, I should've included Candyman and IKWYDLS. I don't know Satan's Little Helper. And yeah, nto doing Jeepers Creepers because I don't want to support the convicted pedophile director
Dead Meat
I voted for Sleepaway Camp ;)
Dead Meat
Not a bad idea - but I can also just cover The Mist as a one-off. It may be the most-requested one-off film after You're Next and The Belko Experiment
Dead Meat
I can't wait to do them all.
Dead Meat
Funny enough, that guy's not a kill! He gets taken to the hospital. Just a burn victim.
Dead Meat
Lol, that it does. The first film might not have that many kills, though, right? I don't know. I'm not a HUGE fan of those movies (I've only seen the first 2) but I'll cover them eventually
Dead Meat
Oooh, the American Werewolf films would be great!
Dead Meat
It's got 5 movies so just outside the scope of size I want to handle right now after Child's Play threw me for a loop. I'll get to it eventually!
Bleepbloop
Final Destination! I've seen tons of people requesting it too.
Nathan Smith
Hatchet is sooo good though, so my vote is there. But, to be honest every one of these is good
Thalia Young
Hey! James has already said he won't do Jeepers Creepers due to pedophilia issues on the part of the director (I believe it was). As far as I know, though, the others are valid options.
Dead Meat
AW SHIT YEAH
Branden Barker
Also, Slumber Party Massacre (I, II, III) could be a future option.
Maty2391
How about I Know What You Did Last Summer, Satan's Little Helper or Candyman?
Branden Barker
Man, my heart says ALIEN but the rest of me says SLEEPAWAY CAMP! You'd KILL it with SC! So much camp (puns intended!) and solid kills! Either are perfect for you, though.
Amanda Ocasio
You can maybe do a small collection of Stephen King movies. Bunch 3-4 together, like The Mist, Dream Catcher, etc. just an idea cause I'd love to see you review The Mist.
BolognaDavenport
Sleep away camp has excellent kills! Who doesn't want to see a pedophile killed with a boiling pot of corn?
Richard Lucero
CRITTERS has 4 movies
Tyler Wood
I second Ginger Snaps. Or similarly, the American Werewolf films
Richard Lucero
These all good suggestions
Dead Meat
WAIT NEVERMIND looks like I can't add options SORRY
Dead Meat
Perfect, adding it
Ted Lionetti
VHS and The Purge films are some suggestions!!!!
Melissa Noël
The Ginger Snaps trilogy (the first one being my favourite horror film of all time) would be another great Kill Count series to do!
Tyler
The Purge only has three films, that's another suggestion right there.
Tyler Wood
You could consider the VHS series. The short film format could make for an interesting Kill Count
Anthony Rosenthal
I would suggest the Psycho series, except only two people die in the first one lol. Can't wait to see whatever gets chosen!
