First thing I thought of was the line from Jack Frost where he kills the douchie Dad of Shannon Elizabeth. Remember he uses the terrible line right after stuffing the axe down his throat?

Now I remember why I liked this movie, the girl was really cute ;) haha... Hey James, were you referring to Stratosphere for the Roller Coaster on the roof reference? I'd think it was Holiday Inn (used to be between Monte Carlo/NY NY, before they built City Center), because they had a REALLY crappy roller coaster on the roof there too. But from what I gather you didn't move to California til the 2000's, so probably never saw that, which was no big loss.
