THE OPEN HOUSE commentary track!
🕑 Added 2018-05-12 18:29:41 +0000 UTCThis is the APRIL 2018 commentary track since I missed it - I'll have May's next week! For all you new patrons, these commentary tracks are meant to be played at the same time you watch a movie on Netflix, so it's like you're watching the movie alongside me, Chelsea, and our guest of the month.
We had Joel Arnold, who's part of my other channel Practical Folks, join us to watch this Netflix original after FoundFlix told me it'd be good for a commentary track. It certainly was! Equal parts interesting and frustrating, this movie's worth a watch to see what happens when you squander a good premise and a talented cast.

I remember feeling gutted when I finished this film. The first Strangers film was more satisfying as a horror film.

Why do I relate to Joel so much, on so many levels? hahaha (Especially concerning Tom Holland!)

Ok I’m sorry but a 5:07 mile will not get you shit anywhere I should know I run literally that he must’ve been doing another distance or this movie is dumb as fuck... maybe both

Yikes. It just seems like they wrote this movie not really knowing how it was going to end and then they decided to just end it like The Strangers lol. Enjoyed the commentary though. First one I've watched since becoming a patron.

I had already seen the foundflix video so I knew what to expect, but I still found myself irritated with this movie. Thankfully that doesn’t matter when you’ve got a great commentary track for it. It was awesome to see Joel join you guys here!

James: "Well... yep. That was the open house". Accurate to how I feel.
