I love kill counts because I haven't really seen any of these movies. I was not allowed to watch them growing up, but Jurassic Park was that one franchise that my parents didn't care about. I loved it so much, and I was really surprised at the backlash for Lost World. I loved it growing up.

Jurassic Park is defiantly my nostalgia movie. I was in the hospital a lot right when it came out on VHS so I brought it with me. I watched it over and over. Nurses would spend their breaks in my room. Patriot Games and Jurassic Park are two movies mom refuses to watch because I made them suffer so many times in the hospital.

I think the most infuriating part of the movies was 'protecting' the dinosaurs. Like, in what scenario would someone consider it bad to kill a predator that will kill you without thinking twice? That's why I absolutely could not stand Jurassic World 2...it was just so unrealistic (as if that's the worst offender in the movie int hat regards). In a real world scenario, they wouldn't have even had a debate on it. They would have instead put together a plan to create a perimeter around the island to make sure everything did die (including the flying Dinosaurs).

So it was originally planned to have raptors sneak on the boat and kill the crew, but the raptors were scrapped. They could have had no one die on the boat and the Rex still get out, but whatever. I guess the raptors attacked people trying to escape with the lifeboats and fell off if you want to headcanon it.
