Wait a sec, it is heavily implied in the framing device that the Goth girl was supposed to be the only survivor. But like, half of the cast lives? Was Goth girl in league with Mickey all along? Why'd he cut her Achilles then? Why can he teleport? Why the fake-out final girl when it's, again, heavily implied that Goth girl was the only survivor?
