I say this knowing full well that much effort and money went into this movie but, lets us speak for realzies here. These movies were not ever, even though some of them are, meant to be what one would call, "a great film!" There are no Citizen Kanes, or Cassablancas, or thespian driven ART, in these. At their core, the JP, and JW movies are meant to be two things. For me at least, nostalgic, and fun. And, I find both with all of the films, somewhere, somehow I find love for each movie in the franchise. Even if they are silly saussages.

Dominion is so bad dude, like, the big bad dino is just depicted as being an animal living its life and gets an undeserving gnarly death all because of a 65 million year old grudge match. It litarally shows that its not a killing machine when it had the scuffle with rexy, and that it wouldnt kill without reason. The basis of the already dumb clone girl plot was to explain Lockwood and Hammond's distance from one another because Hammond disapproved and was the only reason that plotline made any sense originally, so obviously they retconned it. Now shes an asexual copy of her mother, which completely removes the reason from Lockwood's absence throughout the original and establishes yet another character no one had ever heard of for no reason. I mean like, surely you can establish a relation between her and the locusts some other way.
